Roundtable Discussion on “Digital Sovereignty in the era of Cloud Computing”

We held a closed-door discussion on the cloud computing ecosystem in India, the importance of the sector, the current market structure, the domestic sector, and issues of liability and geopolitics

The participants were Mr. Abhishek Singh (Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and IT, GoI), Mr. Arun Singh (former Ambassador to USA, France and Israel), Mr. Gulshan Rai (India’s first cybersecurity chief), Mr. Jaijit Bhattacharya (expert in technology led governance), Ms. Rama Vedashree (former CEO of Data Security Council of India), Mr. RS Sharma (former Chairman of TRAI and chief of UIDAI), Professor Siddharth (Asst. Professor at Plaksha University), Professor Shubhashis Banerjee (Ashoka University), Mr. S. Krishnan (Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and IT), Professor Shubhashis Gangopadhyay and Mr. Subho Ray (President of IAMAI).
