Online gaming regulations

We have developed a generalized scoring framework and employed it to test the dominance of skills using seven statistical tests. The combination of seven statistical tests will provide a comprehensive framework for testing the predominance of skill in any online game regardless of the involvement of real money in the game

We examine the Cloud computing ecosystem in India, the market structure, and the enormous benefits for the Indian economy. We analyse its strategic importance, and its role in geopolitics. We look at three key risks i.e. country risk, provider risk and cyber risk, and examine the need for a policy framework for interoperability and liability issues in the context of India

E-commerce in India

We examine the regulations that govern e-commerce in India, and the venture capital investments in the Indian e-commerce space from 2005 to 2023, and analyse any correlation between the two. The regulations we look at are FDI, DPDA, IT Act 2000, IT Act Intermediary guidelines, e-commerce rules and GST Act. We give recommendations for policy makers.

We look across industries such as healthcare, finance, retail and manufacturing and the impact of AI on the growth of India. We look at the factors necessary for a least disruptive transition to the AI economy. We examine regulatory issues that arise due to competition economics and workforce transformation

We look at the importance of data in the digital economy through various lens. We look at the role of data sharing in vaccine development, healthcare and agriculture. We analyse the non-personal data (NPD) governance framework and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
